    Yestereday Breakfast=Starbucks Skinny Mocha Grande, EAS Advant Edge Carb Control (Choc Fudge) Lunch=Campbell's Soup at Hand - Chicken with Mini Noodles Snack= Various Cheese leftover from guests & Triscuits Dinner=LaHacienda Fajita Beef w/ sour cream, guoc, salsa, Queso & Chips, refried beans, couple of sips of Margarita but couldn't handle it YUMMY:eek: Exercise=walk/jog 2.5 miles

    :eek:Rough Day:eek: Today Breakfast-Starbucks Grande Tazo Black Tea Latte Lunch- 1 frozen meatball (wouldn't go down) 1 Cup Campbell's Chunky Chili with Beans (Roadhouse) with 6 Saltine Crackers Dinner--had issues so about 1/4 of a cup of Taco Bell Pintos & Cheese Snack--Sargento Chipolte Cheddar String Cheese & 1 oz (3) Archer Flatbread Crackers Additonal Bad Snack--3 Snack Size of Skittles:confused: Totals Calories=986 Carbs=139 Fat=33 Protein=37 Exercise=2.5 miles on Treadmill jog/walk

    Thanks LULAC.........It is oh so darn slow but I am not giving up! I think the exercise is helping finally.....my goal is to get to 180lbs by T-Day when my oldest return from college.

    Had a fill Friday so had a very rough weekend with keeping things down......kept spitting things up Yesterday B-EAS Carb Control Shake (barely kept it down) L- 1/2 Cup Taco Meat, sprinkle of shredded cheese & 1 Tbl sour cream and 1 Tbl freah Guacamole D-nothing....sick S-nothing....sick Exercised though.....2.25 miles on treadmill

    All of your cakes are gorgeous!!! I buy my cakes at a place in Dallas called Dallas Affairs which has pretty neat cakes.....but yours are better!!!
  13. I am feeling frustrated and feeling like I will never lose the weight! I was Banded on June 27th, 1st fill on July 21st of 2 cc's and feel NO Restriction whatsoever! I feel like I could eat a house! I have only lost 5-7 lbs. I go for my 2nd fill next week. My questions are: 1) Are there other low BMI'ers that felt sort of hopeless or like the band was flawed or not working but it eventually kicked in and you lost the weight? 2) After a fill, do others experience huge brusing and the entrace point feeling kind of sticky like? I almost wonder if the solution leaked out or something.

    Frustrated Low BMI Person

    Just want to let people know that I am now at 8 ccs, exercising and have great restriction. Although I have only lost 15lbs, I can see and feel the difference. For those that might read this, be sure to continue getting adjustments, watching your food and EXERCISE (this is key in the process).

    B-Coffee with Milk and SweetnLow, EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Choc Fudge L-6 Frozen Meatballs w/ 1 Tbl ketchup, 1/4 cup refried beans, 1/4 cup spanish rice S-Sargento Chipolte Cheese Stick w/ Wheatable Crackers D- 3 Market Pantry (Target brand) Pork Potstickers S-a few handfuls of Trail Mix (bad!):biggrin: Exercised--Treadmill walk/jogged 2.40 miles:smile: Going for an adjustment/fill on Friday so hopefully food amounts will decrease! I know I am eating way too much!

    B-coffee w/ Milk, Sweet-n-Low & EAS - Advant Edge Carb Control Choc Fudge, 110z L-6 Frozen Meatballs w/ 1 Tbl Ketchup S-1/4 Cup of Cafe Max Seafood Salad & 1/4 Cup of Cafe Max Cucumber Salad D-Went to La Hacienda and had a couple of strips of Beef Fajita meat with a little bit of sour cream, guacomole, cheese & pico & hot sauce, 1/4 cup of refried beans then of course some chips and salsa! Bad girl today with the MExican Food but it was delicious! Exercise--Walk/Jogged 2.5 miles on Treadmill BLOOEYES---I notice that you like hot and spicy food and I get most of my ideas of what to eat from you!!! I think I bought the Sargento Chipolte Cheddar String Cheese At Taget? I shop at either Target or a small grocery store in Texas called Market Street that has a great deal of organic and traditional food.....here is the link to the Sargento site with the cheese so you can possibly check on it...     B- Coffee with Milk and Sweet n Low, EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Choc Fudge Protein Drink S-Sargento Chipolte Cheddar String Cheese, Wheat Thins L-5 Meatballs with 1 Tbl Ketchup D- 2 Dirty Martini's, 2 Small Sea Scallops, 1/2 serving of Sea Bass & 1/2 of a serving of Mushroom Risotto (Yikes! went out to Pescabar in Dallas Uptown--delicous!) Exercise--Walk/Jog 2.25 miles Again---I really need a fill b/c i should not be able to eat this much. Hopefully going for one next week!
