    Breakfast=Coffee w/ Sweet-n-Low & Milk Lunch=Frito Pie and Salad w/ Ranch Dressing from Two Row's Dinner=part of a chicken capellini dinner Snacks=candy Bad day.....no exercise.....disappointed in myself.

    beginner runner

    I just recently (October) started walk/jogging myself....and I do it on a tredmill almost everyday. I allow myself to skip on Sat and Sunday if needed, but sometimes I even go on those days. I started out walking 1/4 and then jogging 1/4 and walking 1/4 and then jogging 1/4. Each day I would build up to more and more. Now, I walk 1/4, jog 1 mile, walk 1/4 and jog another mile and then walk 1/4-1/2 miles depending on time etc. I sometime now can actually walk 1/4 then jog 2 miles.....however, I will slow the pace or mph down on the 2nd mile I really feel so much better jogging now.     Breakfast=Coffee w/ SweetnLow & Milk, EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Choc Fudge Protein Shake Lunch=1 Cup of Homemade Chicken Salad (w/ Mayo, Celery cut very small & Sweet Relish) Dinner= 1 Cup of Pinto Beans w/ 1/3 Cup of Cheese melted Snack=Reeses Mini's and some other choc candy:eek: Walk/Jogged=3 miles and burned 380 calories
  4. Hello....I rec'd your message...yes, I was a lower BMI person too and very frustrated at first. Hang in there for sure because it will start coming off. This last fill which was my 8th one I believe is what I consider to be my "sweet spot" as they discuss. You will find yours too.....Keep going and don't give up. Start exercising too if you can...it really makes a difference.

Candy...little Reeses & Krackel Holiday Candy:eek: Snack 2= 5 Butter Crackers w/ Homemade Chicken Salad (chicken in can, mayo, relish, celery) Beverage Snack= Glass of Cabernet Wine:rolleyes: Exerciesed= Burned 300 Calories walk/jogging on treadmill

    Not a good day.....stuff keeps coming up after my fill on Monday Breakfast: Coffee w/ Sweet-n-low, Milk, EAS Carb Control Protein Shake (Choc Fudge) Lunch: Homemade nachos w/ sour cream and salsa but after 3/4th, came back up Dinner: Homemade nachos w/ sour cream and salsa but after 1/4 of it, it came back up Snack: 1 Cup of Harry & David Moose Munch (stayed down fine) Snack 2: Small Starbucks Peppermint Mocha Walk/Jog 3.0 miles and burned 360 calories

    Breakfast= Coffee w SweetnLow & Milk, EAS Advant Edge Carb Control Choc Fudge Lunch=1.5 cups of homemade pinto beans that I cooked w/ a Ham bone and spices etc. It was more like a bean soup versus thick beans Dinner=Glass of Cabernet Wine (while doing Christmas Cards) Snack= 1 Cup of Harry & David Moose Munch:eek: Exercised=Walk/Jogged 2.80 miles and burned over 300 calories

    Had a Fill Today Breakfast: Coffee w SweetnLow & Milk, EAS Choc Fudge Protein Shake Lunch: Campbell's Soup At Hand--Veg. Beef Snack 1: Campbell's Soup At Hand--Chicken w/ Mini Noodes Dinner: 1/2 Glass of Cabernet & tried a few bites of chicken but it did not go down..... Exercised: 3 miles walk/jog burned 380 Calories

    Today Breakfast: Starbuck's Non Fat Grande Mocha Lunch: Homemade Nachos with Taco meat, cheese, a little bit of sour cream and salsa Dinner: Three small/thin pieces of pizza lesss the end pieces of crust Walk/Jog: 3 miles and burned 390 Calories Adjustment tomorrow...haven't had one in a while

    Bad Day and I scheduled a fill for Monday Breakfast: 1 Cup of Cornbread Stuffing w/ sausage Lunch: 1/2 Cup Cornbread Stuffing w/ sausage, gravy, turkey, cranberry sauce Dinner: 1 Cup of Campbell's Chunky Chili w/ Beans (Roadhouse) w/ 5 Saltine Crackers Snack: Little Debbie Holiday Chritmas Tree Cake:eek: Total Calories= 1,483 Carbs=125 FAt=63 Protein=46 Walk/Jogged 2.5 miles and burned 330 Calories so only thing that helped me with the horrible amout of food i ate!

    Mine was so bad today b/c we went to Tulsa, OK for Thanksgiving with my in-laws....had the usual T-Day food, turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing and the works and 3 cookies. I feel miserably fat now and I am getting back on tomorrow but only until Thursday when i have to cook too! Urgh! :laugh::laugh:

    If you are hungry, move on to mushies like Oatmeal and yogart etc. It will help fill you up. Why be miserable and hungry?!
  21. My surgery was on a Friday and I was back at work on Monday;however, in retrospect, I wish I had taken off a couple of days instead. Overall, its not a bad surgery at all.

  23. I am glad to read this thread because I am experiencing the same thing. I have lots of hair and the only person to notice that it is so thin is my hubby but oh well....glad to know it will grow back!
