    Today Breakfast=Coffee w/ Sweet-n-Low, Half/Half Lunch=Pinto Beans Dinner=Pinto Beans w/ sprinkle of cheese Snack=Chips and Ranch Dip NO Exercise yesterday, today or probably for next 2 days:frown: due to a wrestling tournament, etc.....will get back in swing starting Sunday!

    Yesterday Breakfast=Coffee w/ SweetnLow&Half/half, EAS Advant Carb Control Choc Fudge Protein Shake Lunch=Restarant's Italian Wedding Soup, 1/4 of my salad w/ Ranch Dressing, a few bites of Sour Dough Bread Dinner=Chic-Fil-A Small Bowl of chicken Noodle Soup, 3 Chicken Nuggets Snack=leftover Beef Low Mein, 1 piece of General Joe Chicken and 1/4 cup of Fried Rice:eek: (feel like a swollen whale from all the salt yesterday!!!) Exercised=walk/jogged 3 miles on treadmill and burned 380 Calories
  3. Hello.....we are about the same body type or weight and goal....I started at 205lbs and I want to weigh about 140lbs or at least that is what I think! You look like a Low BMI like I was....are you self pay? Well, good luck....jackie

    Breakfast=Coffee with Sweet-n-Low & Half/Half Lunch=Leftover Refried beans and a little rice and one piece of beef fajita meat Dinner=EggRoll, 1/4 Fried Rice and 4 pieces of General Joe Chicken Exercised=3 miles walk/jog and burned 380 Calories

    Bad Band Day--everything kept coming up starting early this a.m. when I drank water b/c i was so thirsty from eating pizza last night Water that was too cold I think because it came right back up and made the rest of the day a bad one! Breakfast=Coffee w/ Half&Half & Sweet-n-Low, EAS Carb Control Choc Fudge Proteain Shake Lunch=Started to try meatballs but wouldn't stay down so switched to Campbell's Soup at Hand Chicken & Stars Dinner=Tried Taco Bueno Pintos and Cheese (ate 4 bites) and a few nachos (but came back up bad!) Exercised=2.75 miles walk/jog burned 345 Calories

    Sunday Breakfast=EAS Carb Control Choc Fudge Shake Lunch= 2 slice of thin pizza w/ hamburger, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, roasted red pepper Dinner= 2 Slices of thin pizza w/ hamburger, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, roasted red pepper Snack= 1 Glass of Cabernet Exercise=2.5 miles walk/job burned 300 Calories

    carbs? what is ok?

    I eat some carbs but find that white bread of any sort just doesn't do well for me. I like THIN pizza but I can only eat it if it is later in the day (night time) and eat most of it except the very end piece of the crust if it is thick. If it is thin like the base of it, then I eat it. I chew very slowly and allow time for it to go down. If I am stuck with thick pizza then I just eat the toppings of it and forget the doughy thick crust. Carbs are fine but you just are suppossed to eat the Protein first and then if you have room, have carbs. You cannot deprive yourself and if you want somehthing bad enough then take a few bites and satisfy the craving. I do that with cake and such....I just want the taste and it just helps to know that I can eat if I want to!

    Breakfast=Starbucks Grande Peppermint Mocha Twist w/ Skim Milk and Whip Cream:eek: Lunch=Homemade Chicken Salad (mayo, celery, sweet relish) 1/2 Cup Dinner=Homemade Chicken Salad (mayo, celery, sweet relish) 1/2 Cup Snack=4 Tortilla Chips w/ Rotel Dip Exercise=3 Miles Walk/Jog burned 360 Calories

    Virus or band problem?

    Do you have any liquid Phenegren left over from your surgery? If not, maybe call your doctor and they can call you in some......it helps with nausea and vomitting. LIke others have said, there are alot of stomach type viruses going around right now at least in my area.

Angella....You are feeling the normal things......when you move to mushies....try something like Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat with Brown Sugar....it is warm and fills you up.........and eat things like yogart and stuff that will stick with you a bit.....you will still be hungry until you get a few fills like others have stated out here. Good Luck.

    I could really use someone to talk to..

    It took me a bunch of fills to finally feel some restriction! I had the same thought which was that this thing was not going to work for me and that I would be the only person that would fail at it, etc. Its a normal feeling. I am also a slow loser. I will say this. Start exercising NOW!!! It will make a world of difference for you. I was hungry too until I had some restriction. If you don't feel restriction, keep going back for another fill until you get restriction. Good luck!

    Breakfast=nothing Lunch=Leftover Italian Chicken Capellini but not much of the noodles...just focused on chicken (but some came back up) Dinner= Joe's Crab Shack. Calamari-2 but came up, 2 stuffed mushrooms and 1/2 of a crab cake (but some came back up). Not a good eating day at all.....alot of trouble for some reason Exercised=3 miles walk/jogged-burned 360 Calories

    party meatballs

    I do something similar but use the "Lil Smokies" with 1 bottle of any BBQ Sauce, 1/2 jar of Grape Jelly and a Jigger of Whiskey (like Crown Royal, Jack Daniels etc). Cook on low for 3 hours in crock pot.

    Yeah....I think everyon is different but I order the General Joe Chicken but skip the rice or Pot Stickers.....I also sometimes make pot stickers at home (Target brand) but can only eat about 3 total.....

    Yes....I am having a problem with Holiday Candy around the house...I also did not work out this weekend. It is getting hard to work out but I am really going to try to still do it during the rest of December......
