Thanks for your answer and yes I understand all that will be involve.. I have lost already 15lbs before the pre op my hw was 296..today weight at dr. Office was 281.. I will be in full liquids...I don't have no more my period. I am trying not drink nothing with salt or sodium..the broth I have are low or reduce sodium..let see how much I will be able to loss before the date.. -

Just liquids.. no foods allow..only yogurt jello Popsicles broth and the protein shakes... I don't know how I will be able to do it.. but I will with God helps..we got this... -
