oops...that is...no telling what tomorrow morning will show.

i have been so bad this thanksgiving. i am so upset and mad at myself. :thumbup: the scales this morning showed 2 lb gain, not telling what tomorrow morning will show. i have to get back on track, i made a bet with sis in law to see who can lose 10 lbs by christmas.

Would you send me your Chocolate Fudge protein shake plz.

My last fill was the week before Thanksgiving. It was my 3rd fill. I now have 8.5 cc's in a 10 cc band. I have pb'd a few time since that fill, yet I can still eat ALOT. My next fill is Dec 30th. Since I can still eat alot, does it sound to you like I'm not at my Happy Zone yet? I have to take smaller bites and chew more since last fill, but can eat alot.

I saw a couple of you talking about the feeling you get when you are stuck. I get this terrible pain at the center of my back, hurts soooo bad, then I will start slimming if it doesn't go on down. I never get the pain in my chest or fell like I need to burp. I guess some are different.

Will someone explain to me what it feels like when you say you can't get anymore food down? I can eat as much as I want. I need to know what it feels like when its time to stop. I have read where some have said they could only get down 1/2 cup, how do they feel? My weight loss is very slow, maybe I don't know when to stop. Please help me !!

I'm in Grand Prairie, right next to Arlington Tx. Doesn't take me long at all to get into Ft Worth. I can meet you anywhere, doesn't matter to me. Where exactly is Trinity Towers? Mom went with me this morning to get my band filled, I asked her where its located, we were thinking close to the Trinity River and downtown Ft Worth. My lap band Dr. is next to downtown Ft Worth. Any time, any place is fine. I'm so anxious to meet you.

What is All-Bran yogurt bites? How much Protein? My sister in law told me that she heard sugar free gum wasn't good to chew either, guess its for the same reason as the Splenda. Congratulations on your weight loss. You have done great. I enjoyed reading your success story.

LizaLee, I went shopping today and picked up some GoLean cereal, I'm anxious to try it in the morning. My only concern was the grams of sugar. I try to keep sugar low, and calories. My girlfriend tells me not to worry about sugar just count the calories. Thanks for the advice.

Thanks everyone for all the suggestions on what to eat. I've been taking notes. I know that fish is really good for us, but...its a problem for me. I only like it fried...grrrrr. I bought some seasoned Talapia at Sams and did not like it at all. I do like tuna, I will make a salad and add my tuna. The advice on the Slim Fast makes so much sense. Will give eggs a try. Thanks again !! This site is so great.

Long & Lizalee thanks for the info. Lizalee I am the opposite, I like to munch more in the evening. Long, I probably don't get enough protein with the Smart Ones, that is a problem from me, if I don't take that I don't know what to take. I've never tried the egg beaters, do they taste like real eggs? I weighed this morning, scales finally moved down a bit.

Long...Congratulations on your weight loss, you have done so well. I was wondering if you would share with me what you're doing? I'm struggling right now. I go next Wednesday for my 3rd fill, and have gained 1 lb since last fill. I normally drink a Slim Fast for Breakfast, have a Smart One for lunch, then dinner is whatever. I had a great NSV last weekend. Before my surgery my BP was very high, also I could not walk to the back of the grocery store without getting out of breath. Last Saturday DH and I went to a Fall Festival with GD to see her gymnastics class perform. I had to walk so far and I was not out of breath at all. That was so exciting for me !! BP is doing much better, should be getting off of it soon. Share your stories everyone, enjoy hearing everyones NSV's.

Today I went shopping for a new Bra. I have never been so excited buying a Bra before. I am down 1 size....Woo Hoo !!! My Mom was laughing because I was so Happy !! :rolleyes2:
