Part way through a major life change - sea changed from the city to a small coastal town 4 years ago, started exercising 3 years ago, quit drinking 2 years ago. Undergoing a gastric bypass on April 17. 60kg (132lb) to lose. Basically tired of trying to have adventures carrying a 60kg back-pack on my body!

Married for 24 years to an absolute saint and the great love of my life. One 20 year old adopted son still at home.
