I had the shoulder pain for 2 months. It's horrible. Almost nothing helped. I think most don't have it for quite that long. I believe it is from a nerve that is attched to the muscle in your abdoman that they stitch the port to. That nerve runs up over the shoulder. The only thing that helped me was a heating pad. It will go away at some point. I haven't met anybody who's shoulder pain didn't go away. Lori

90 wafers (2 per day) for $25. But often, they run 25% off sales. I usually purchase 2 jugs when their on sale. It works out to be less than $17 per month if you purchase at full price. And I can really feel the difference. I started taking the liquid form right away, then switched to the wafers just cuz their easier for me to stick in my pocket and eat on the run. But the liquid really wasn't bad. Lori

Speaking of Vitamins, I use "Source of Life" from Wilds Oats. They are a big green chewable whole food Vitamin. I sware by them. Just in case anyone is looking for a good suggestion. Lori

You will. Although, my sister and I both went back to work 4 days after surgery. You won't start to feel normal until you are able to eat regular food again. You should be able to do curves in a week or so. yOu may feel much better in another week. Just remember how good it's GOING to feel after you loose the weight. Focus on that.
