  1. I had VSG 12/07/20 and have no type of regrets!! However I am now 5 months post op and my stomach tolerates basically anything I give it. I recently have been over indulging in things I KNOW I shouldn't (cookies, chips, fast food). Just a couple of weeks ago I was soooo strict on what I ate and how much but ever since reaching ONDERLAND I just haven't been as strict. I could really use some advice and encouragement from those who have been where I am.. HOW DO I GET BACK ON TRACK?
  2. I went home the next day based off of how good I was doing with walking and ect.

    Failing miserably

Don't be so hard on yourself. This wasn't a temporary change it's a lifelong change so there is always time to re direct yourself. Before surgery were you able to pinpoint what exactly causes you to make bad food choices rather it be boredom, emotions or ect.. The first step to addressing the issue is to finding out the issue. From your rant I appreciate the accountability you take and challenge you to use that same accountability to make different choices going forward!

    No Weight Loss

I stalled exactly at week 3 for 2 weeks. Just put some extra focus on getting as close to your liquids and protein goals and to maybe add in some more walking to try to get out of it. IT WILL start back up again so don't let it stress you.
