Hola CHIQUITA no Gorda!! Sometimes I didn't feel restriction until a couple of days later myself. As long as you not too tight then it's better. Important thing to remember is to say NO to those empty calories. At least while you still trying to lose weight. I have bad sweet tooth so I know the feeling. It's hard sometimes I fight with myself. But then that's why we here to help each other. I don't believe in depriving myself of what I love to eat. I just try not to eat so much of it, or find something else better. I think you're doing great. Keep it up and let's stay in touch!
