I love oysters, and have a relatively loose band. The only foods I seem to have problems with are carbs- pasta, bread, tortillas etc. And eating when I’m starving. I just slurped down 6 raw oysters with no problem. They slid right down. But they were small oysters. So I would say it depends on how tight your band is and how big the oysters are. What I did was order fresh oysters from the grocery store. I shucked them myself, then added a little lemon juice and salt. I did it in the privacy of my own home in case it didn’t go well. And it went great. I’m getting more next week!
