I had the dumping issue and found out it was from the sugar free stuff.

Had my sleeve 1 week ago today. I have still not felt hungry! They told me in my classes leading up to this that I may have to set alarms to remember to eat. That is so true. I can bairly get a protien shake down in an hour.

Had my sleeve surgery yesterday around 8am. I'm still sipping on Water and ice chips. My biggest problem is my back is killing me. It may be from laying here in this god awful bed. I'm 5 days out from my surgery. Been on the liquid diet since the 22. I am experiencing stomach cramps, muscle/joint aces, and severe diarrhea. Any suggestions on that would help with any of it would be fantastic.

HI just joined. my surgery is April 2nd. have to be on 100% clear liquid diet for 2 weeks prior and its killing me. i want to eat something solid. Has anyone else had to do this diet for 2 weeks?
