I was sleeved on March 26th the first two days were the most discomfort due to gas and for the pain meds I was given Motrin and Tylenol and it has worked just fine My dr was the Lead of bariatric Every practitioner does things differently I’m sure they wouldn’t Prescribe any thing that would compromise your health 9 days post up I’m 20lbs down but I’m sick n tired of liquid diet I was told by my nurse Cream of wheat Cottage cheese and apple sauce can be added praying for Puréed after apt on April 6th

Fiber is your friend add that to your water and that should fix your problem

Hello everyone We made it out alive and well. Sore full off gas. And unsure what exactly I can have. So far I’ve had water. Decafe tea My sister made be bone broth from scratch and thank god cause it was painful drinking plane broth or should I say tryn too sugar free Popsicles are geat but I can’t finish it either

Then I weighed myself On 21st it was. Scary how fast weight can come back

My goal was 224 at my pre op appointment I weighed 217

I’m at 1pm I’m wish it was a lil earlier

I completely understand i used Costco and sams club the most. One stop shop and good Ideal pedi was definitely important on my list

And yes I had my so called food funeral after my pre op and past my goal weight. Be careful and mindful
