What about cuban ham croquettes? I start Pureed on Monday.. thank God it's only one week.. if all goes well. I'm looking forward to trying the ricotta bake and egg custard.

During the day it's easier to swollow but at night it's still hard. Getting easier each night though. -

Today is day four post-op sleeve. Just starting to feel a little better. I'm looking forward to advancing to full liquids in three days. -

Love it! I bought a few hundred of these 2oz cups last week. My first use will be a ricotta cheese bake. I had my sleeve surgery three days ago 3/18/21 so as soon as I'm on the pureed stage look out..
