Well all i can say is stick to the "diet" at first you may not feel like anything is different you can still eat/drink stuff you shouldn't--wont be able to eat later (after a couple of fills) so just give it time.......it works.....magic

thanks, in december it was a year and i had lost 90lbs still losing just alot slower but its all good....@115lbs lost!

Hey sis glad you got the surgery too.....its cool that you and i are on the same wave link when it comes to eating (lol) i dont have to ask are you okay or whats wrong cuz i already know!!!!!!!!!! But its well worth it, @ 115lbs lost i know
