moonbean85 I don't have any bariatric advice as I'm having my surgery April 6 but I do know about depression and frustration. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope each new is slightly better that the last. -
No history of blood clots but because I have double knee replacements he doesn't want to take any chances. I'm having the Vertical Sleeve. My greatest stress right now is nothing with red or purple dye and my favorite sugar free water mixes, protein water and jello are all red or purple, lol. It's freaking me out 🤪.

Mine too ! I have IVC Filter placement on the 30th. I started this past Saturday with 64 ounces of water and slowly weining down to all liquid (not required but thought I would get use to and try out some products)
