    Severe shoulder pain

I put up with this for quite a few days, yesterday I tried a Chiropractor and that didn't help. Tomorrow I have a massage scheduled but last night I used a heating pad instead of an ice pack and it felt a lot better. Good Luck!!
  5. Hi I'm Suz and I was just banded last week also, Wednesday, the 18th. I'm trying to compare diets with other newbie's (good name) and was interested to hear that your doctor is already letting you eating some real food. My stomach is feeling kind of sour and I think it's because everything is sweet that I eat. Protein drink, Jello, pudding, pop cycle, pudding etc... I don't have a scale at home but I started my journey at 257 and weighed in at 247 the day of surgery. I know my body needs calories in order to lose weight so I was interested in what you added to your plan? Nice to meet you, Suz
  6. Hello and help! I was just banded last Wednesday, June 18th and at this point I'm starting to have a lot of questions. The bairatic center I went through just started banding this past December and likes to treat all "Y" by-pass and band patients the same. So I'm coming to the experts on the best and worst of my lapband journey. It's amazing reading your post and realizing how every doctor/center has told us all sooo many different things. How many calories per day, how many meals per day, what you can eat etc. I called my center today and asked some questions they couldn't answer so thank you for all the information you have put out there. Now when am I going to be glad I did this???????????
