Yea they are definitely not an everyday food but I only crave chocolate once a month and they are way better than Reece’s. Plus a serving size is two cups and I just have one. -
And now the rest of the story...

Have you tried the chopped lettuce at the store That comes in the bags someone told me that lettuce is hard for everyone to digest and that the chopped lettuce is much easier on our stomachs. So far I’ve only tried the chopped variation so I can’t say for sure whether it makes a difference but I was told that by someone who heard it from a doctor. -
Congrats on your surgery date 🥳

Good Luck 🍀

Idk what your starting height and weight were but 28 pounds is a great start. Everyone is so much different. But even the veterans will tell you some were slow losers but they still eventually lost it all. -
Good luck tomorrow 🤞

I find it to be the most moist in instapot ot on grill.

Well for the first couple months things are not normal but I am about 10 weeks out now and I can eat pretty much everything I did before surgery. I haven’t yet attempted steak, bread, rice or popcorn because they are on the list but other than that I can eat normal. I just feel like I eat my husbands plate instead of mine now. He is super thin and fit and I eat about the same as he does naturally.

I didn’t even have to get a COVID test. I was surprised but they didn’t require it at my hospital.

Good luck today 🤞

TOM/TMI Question For The Ladies

I do not have experience with this but someone else on here responded on another thread that they have mesh panties for the maternity patients and they give you those and a pad?? -
I haven’t had any alcohol since surgery but I know what I will probably have. I liked Bacardi and Coke so that’s a no go but I had some drink packets I found on Amazon that are margaritaville flavors that will mix well and are only 10 calories a packet. Its a variety pack with pina colada, margarita and strawberry daiquiri. Easy enough to toss in your purse to mix up while on the go if you wanted.

I have felt “hunger” daily since surgery but if I’m super busy and don’t look at the clock I totally forget to eat so I know it’s entirely in my mind.

Good luck 👍

So it’s better than the original sweet baby rat brand? Cause I was not a big fan of that but will try this if it’s much different. -
Pizza at 7 or 8 weeks?
ShoppGirl replied to lostmykeysinspace's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
That’s why I like to make the cauliflower crust one. I cut the crust when I get home from store into slices while it’s partially thawed and then I can make one slice at a time since I don’t cook for a family Hommemade version sounds yummy but I would waste all but one slice.
