Any one have problems getting your liquids in? I’m in a struggle over here. I’m trying hard to drink and get the amount of protein in per day and getting discouraged fast. The doctor wants me to get in 48 ounces of liquid and 40 ounces of protein in the first couple weeks and I’m barely getting in 30 to 36 ounces. I tried the 4 ounces every hour on the hour but I feel like I’m stuffing myself.
