So i lost 12 lbs my first week then hit a 2 week long stall.. I lost again for a week and have been stalled now for another week.. Im now at 7 weeks and ive only lost 24 lbs.. Im following my doctors orders and eating 3 3oz meals a day.. Getting under 600 calories, 60-80 grams of protein, and keeping my carbs sugars and fats very very low.. I walk between 3&5 miles a day and i drink plenty of fluids.. I just dont understand.. My mom had the same surgery and lost so much weight so fast.. Its so discouraging.. How do you break a stall??
