I was banded Monday 3/20. I must say the pain wasn't bad at all. Had a little gas but I've been walking like crazy and feeling great. -

:help: Okay wasnt so bad ! I feel gassy and really sleepy. I've been doing lots and lots of walking as still cant get rid of that gassy feeling any ideas? Will gas X help? This is great I'm barely hungry. Been doing my liquids. I'm also sooooooooo bloated.

Hi everyone! I have a date set for 3/23 still waiting for my insurance approval. I'm quite nervous waiting . I was just wondering what to tell family and friends. How does everyone handle social events and Holidays? Food is such a big part of everyday living. I didnt want to jinx myself till I found out from my insurance. Just that its getting close

lost 20 pounds with Xenical, spent weeks in the bathroom tho -
good luck on Monday .. it will be fine cause it's a special day.. My Birthday and First day of spring !! ... Ahhh the liquid diet... well I lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks I stuck too it pretty good but I did cheat some. Let me know how it goes for you. I'm getting excited wishes it was here already
