Hello, I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 41 yr old female that has dealt with weight issues since middle school. I'm finally doing something about it. I began this wls process in Nov. & today I had my psych appointment. It went better than expected. I had heard & read horror stories about it, but it was a piece of cake. He made sure that I understood the whole process. & he had me to explain my expectations after wls. I have my last weight management appointment on this Monday & I'm excited. However, nervousness does seem to be creeping in. I'm not nervous about the surgery, but I am nervous about dumping and nutrition (vitamins) afterwards. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I'm glad that I found this app so that I can communicate with people who are thinking about going through this process, are going through this process, or have gone through this process.
