Im not sure about how many cal I can have a day but its not much... Im still on full liquids and there isn't much to choose from. I guess thats why I only get in 300 cal in. It will get better as soon as I start eatting soft food ....... I was told to keep a journal on what all I eat but my goodness its all the same stuff. Water, protein shakes,shaved ice and broth... Thats it..... Its not that bad though at least im loosing..... :-)

I am doing great!!! I went to the Dr. Yesterday and I have lost 21lbs. omg.... I was so happy. I am very hungry though. I live off of shaved ice... My hubby left today and Im kinda down in the dumps and my house is so lonely... I am going to start walking today but l only get in maybe 300 cal's a day. so I have none extra to spair... What do I need to do?

I had surgery on Monday and everything went great. I am so hungry though... I have lost 7 lbs so far. Today I start full liquids I so can't wait till I can eat soft foods again. Gosh time is just flying by. I will be banded in 9 days. Can't wait. I am so thankful that I am getting all this done before my husband leaves. I am such a baby when I am sick. God has been so good to me .(WELL TO US ALL THAT IS) This is the best sight ever!!!!! I let everybody know about this web sight at that n. class..... Thanks for everything you guys....

You are doing great Jason! Keep up the good work... I went to my n. class today and I meet Veronica she's so sweet. Now I just have to go back to see Dr. Miles on the 5th then surgery on the 8th... I told everybody about this web sight and they all took down the web address....

Also, what is the best kind of juice to get to go with that nasty stuff. I have been hearing you guys talk about different stuff so I was just wandering what is the best?

Dr. Miles is doing my surgery. I got my date faster because of hubby leaving. Also, I got everything done while I was doing my 6 month diet. I can't wait till the 8... What do I need to stock up on? Any ideas would be great.... Thanks so much you guys...

Yes Neaomi is getting some help! She is training her new help now. I called her yesterday and she was is a bad mood. However, the ball is in her court now and im gona bug her until I have my date. I called her this afternoon and she was already gone for the day. I will call her until she is just sick of hearing tha name Stacy! lol I will be nice to her but if she is training this person than she had better have some good teaching skils, good manors and get some stuff done. I know she was so happy to get that help though. Im happy for her!! I will keep you uys updated... xoxoxoxox

I got my letter!!! I was approved..... I called Neaomi today and she today and she told me. I also just got my letter. She hasn't given me a date yet though. Thank you GOD!!!! I guess it will be sometime around the middle of next month....

I know im impatient! I will be ok as soon as I get an answer from insurance company. Im just a little scared, nurves and excited at the same time. I just want to get started on my new life before I gain so much wt that I can't fit into anymore of my clothes! Is there not anything we can do? Neaomi so needs help with all this stuff! Shes only one person with many many many patients!!!

Aprilapple, you are so right! I work in the nursing field and I so know what she is going through. She is up to her eyeballs in insurance papers and patients calling her. Thats why I am not going to call her all the time. ( I refuse to!) She does her best to do what she can to help everybody. She is so sweet... I just wish she had more help and everybody would be a little happier. I know she would be!!!!!

Thanks Alabamagirl, I haven't ever had a problem with getting her on the phone. I just can't get her to send in my paperwork. Yes I do believe that she needs help! She has way to much on her and its way to much for one person!!!!!

Shawna, I am about 2 miles from LF... I have three girls that go to LF. They are in the 9,5 and 3 grade... I called bcbs and they still havent recieved my paperwork!!!! Neaomi said that she was going to send it in this week I wander what happened? I hate to call her all the time...

My hubbie is leaving on the 16th of next month. Well that is the date they gave him anyway. You never know with the military. lol Maybe they will call and tell him that the date has been put off. Yeah right!!

Hello all, I am using Dr. Miles and I just turned all my paperwork in today. How long did it take you guys to get your approvel from the insurance company? I have bc/bs..... Im just a little worried I guess... LOL
