Well I am officially at my 1 week post op anniversary. This week has been tough. Iam trying to get a hang of this whole drinking everything often thing. Sometimes I will go a little too long without something and then I feel sick and don't won't anything which makes me weaker and then finally my sister will make me drink a protien drink and within 30 min I feel SO much better. I guess its just managing it better. I actually only drink protien drinks, water, and I found out that Taco Bell has a new fruit slushie - no health benefit what so ever but it takes me forever to get through and I t helps get me through the afternoon lull. Besides that I am "eating" sucking on yougart, puddings, and soups). I actually got on here last night and found some yummy recipes in a "food/reciepe" group . So I'm excited to try those. I have my post op appt this coming sat. This morning on the scale I lost 15 lbs. However I still don't really count this weight loss as very legit because I don't think I could do the liquid thing LONG term on they other hand I also think I normally could and would be excercising longer, As soon as I can swim!
OH I can not wait to take a bath! Sleep On my stomach! and eat (even if its really really small bites) of a garden burger!
ps any other vegitarians out there?
