for sweet there are a lot sugar free candy options some chocolate or regular candy. Even sugar free desserts. just remember portions. for vegetables personally before this I really disliked. so i found out vegetables in the oven with a little of olive oil garlic and onion or whatever choice of spice comes out great. Mixed them like broccoli and carrot is great. cut up squash made the same way is good.
