Orig Ironman

Have a wife 2 sons and a dog.  Love my house and my job most of the time.  Grew up all over east coast as Dad was a Navy man.  Have my parents living close by.  Trying to save the world with sustainable architecture.   Never took care of my self til 3yrs ago tried all kinds of diets medications which helped but no significant behavioral changed.  Hoping the gastric bypass forces significant behavioral changes.  I tried some beforehand and this will help reinforce.
