My stomach has been hurting more & more … I am 11 days po from sleeve ….I called my doctor today she thinks it might be a hematoma & said if it don’t open & drain I can call Monday & she can see about draining it ….I’m a bit nervous still on 100mg lovanox for 4 more days for previous pe …. Before I can switch back to my eliquis … Before the call I was thinking maybe hernia at first as I did go through a radical hysterectomy, c section, & tubal before this surgery… Has anyone else seen anything like this or gone through this before???

I started my shakes early so I’m on day 9 … ( 4 a day with a 1/2 cup of veggies) …. My shots start tomorrow then just 5 days left till the big day :) Every day now seems like it’s getting harder to get these shakes in … I just can’t wait until I’m able to have our choice of shakes & maybe a taste of anything else haha …..

Has anyone tried the chocolate pb. Meal replacement from bariatric fusion? Redoing another 10days & with it being expensive .. I would rather know beforehand if it’s worth buying or not ... Thanks

Finally for the third attempt.. after canceling the first one & being 2 days away the second time ... now sleeve is finally decided by the doctor as the safest choice 1st .. Scheduled for July 27

I was told April .. then I was almost done with my liquid diet scheduled for June 3rd canceled.. Now we are doing a conference call on the 29 do discuss a whole change of plans from bypass to sleeve now wondering if I’m going to start everything all over when this was her doing... ugh

Just wanted to say GOOD LUCK to EVERYBODY in June ... I was Scheduled for June 3rd ..but just got off the phone with my doctor I decided to not have surgery.. Easy healing & prayers sent to everyone!!

I was all set to do bypass but then the doctor a few days ago brought up about doing sleeve as she felt I would have a lower probability of adhesions and bowel obstructions . I do have Gerd so tomorrow I’m having a test to see exactly how bad and she said if it’s not super severe she would still rather do sleeve and then down the road do bypass. No I was on another board that I didn’t fine before brought up all sorts of negatives I’m due to have surgery on Thursday, June 3 & the way I’m feeling right now I just want to run and cancel surgery .

Not sure for you ... I have the same & a bad pe ..I could not become therapeutic on warfarin so I’m on Eliquis twice a day for life & my bariatric doctors are aware of this . & I also take atenolol .

Hello I’m new to the group looking for others advice ....I do know deep down... I have the answer ..l am doing the right thing for myself..I have been going through the steps 1 more to go for gastric bypass as I have very bad reflux... I have 3 family members Who have gone through this 17 years ago one of whom one passed away from Mel nutrition... I chose to keep it quiet from some do to this So I thought ...the other two found out and all I’ve heard about is not to have the surgery done ...One regrets it she says she has flutters and dumping all the time the other one has gained a lot of her weight back ... I understand everyone is different.. I do take a heart pill because my heart skips a beat at times ..did talk to doctor and that is one thing I am concerned about heart flutters but as I have told my family members I wanna go through with this anyways so my question is to all of you have any of you had real bad spouts with these flutters and with male nutrition ?nowadays from reading up I know there are ways to combat that ? & has anyone else had family look down on them for something they feel is right for them ? Thanks for reading
