Glad to here from you and glad your doing goog. How is your aunt? I don't work out maybe walk once a week it's so humid and hot here can't take the heat. I tried to eat a small piece of steak tonight and that was a no no. I love the fill and all my troopers can tell that I'm finally looking like I did when I started here 17 yrs ago.
