Did you increase your exercising during your plateau? I'm trying to find ways to "push" myself out of the plateau.
BTW folks, any types of exercising you did to help you move forward will be a great help to me. I loved walking before the pandemic because our work had an excellent bridge for walking, across and around, but since I'm working from home, I am unable to due to the neighborhood I live in. It doesn't have to be walking at home exercises either. Thanks!
