Hello, i have not been banded yet , still in the exploration process, but i am tired of living my life out of control when it comes to food, and exercise. I am tired of my weight going down , and then something happens that puts me back into my old ways and there i go back up on the scale again. From what i have learned here i do think that the band would help me with this yo-yo dieting. thanks for listening and if anyone has a coment or suggestion i would love to hear it. thanks again
