Not doing a “sideways shuffle” to get down the aisle to my airport seat! I can walk straight back now without hitting people with my hips/sides! -
I wanted to update! Stalls are real and frustrating but keep going and it will come off. I am now almost 6 months post op and have lost 45 lbs. I’m still losing slowly but the point is I’m still losing. Expect stalls and don’t compare your loss to others. I am off all meds and exercising 3 days a week...things I haven’t done in years!

Me too! Still on soft foods/protein shakes and scale is not moving. I am almost 3 weeks post op
