hey! So i have some good news i wanted to share with you. so far ive lost 15 pounds and 15.4 inches! i cant see any changes but im sure that they will come soon. i seem to have more energy too, it comes and goes but ive been doing allot more then the norm for me. LOL well ill let you get back to doing what ever you are up to just wanted to share with someone
