How are you doing my friend down under? I am feeling good this week. It was my birthday yesterday and I had some mexican food YUM! I am not seeing a big loss on the scale. I think I am down 6 lbs still from surgery. Maybe another lb/pound tomorrow. Seeing the Surgeon for follow up appointment on Friday. So we will see!
