Thanks for the friend request - and your reply to my post in the Introductions Thread. Your success is very inspiring. I hope I am successful. I feel pretty confident that I will be able to make the changes in my eating habits - and the band will help me stay on track. I live in Madison, IN, along the Ohio River.
