These are the meetings for the summer. June 1, 2009 June 22, 2009 July 13, 2009 July 27, 2009 August 10, 2009 August 24, 2009 I went to this weeks appointment and it wasn't that bad. A LOT of preop stuff, but a good deal of post op too. I enjoyed talking to others there. Hope to see you at the next one sweet pea.

Sweet pea keep your head up. I bet you could attend the support group, maybe not for credit, but just to get some info. I called yesterday and it is open to all post op so you could always just sneek in.lol , just to get some info.

First off, congrats on your journey. Second to do a ticker you go to Tickerfactory.com , make your ticker, thren you come back to LBT and go to user cp and paste in the code. Good luck and keep us updated on your progress.:thumbdown:

I would guess that is where your port is. My port is above my largest incision and when I was first banded , it is were there was the most pain. Good luck I hope you double check wih a doctor. -

I'm so excited for you sweet pea!!!! I am pretty sure they only do one support group per month, so maybe you can call and get it set up to attend the june and july. I hope everything goes good for you, keep me updated. Take care.:biggrin:

I have had problems for years with bras. I can't just go into any store and find one that works with me. I usually get them from Lane Bryant, as they seem to be the only place near me where I can find what I am looking for. My question is does anyone have any ideas where I can find a good bra with good support. My bra size is 48-50 DDD. Thanks for any advice.

I think you are feeling tired because it does take the body quite a bit of time to recover from something like this. The dov yold me it takes a good 4-6 weeks to feel normal again. Its probably because you are back to work this week. Hope you feel better soon.
