    Hey, just to let you know it is only the regular (Optima) slim fast that is high in sugar, the low carb and high protien slim fasts have the same amount or less than atkins, or any other protien drinks I've seen or drank! If u do atkins, they are on sale at Target for $3.99 a 4 pack, thats about half what I have been paying for them! GoD Bless
