Thank you!! You know- unfortunately now I do believe I am eating to much carbs. I will go to protein heavy to see if that helps. -
Hello! I am 4 months post-op. My stools are mushy and frequently after my meals. Do I need more fiber to harden them a little and give them shape? How do I poop less?
