Well Thank you! yes I'm sure I am not the only one, and on top of all that loss of exercise now working from home makes it even harder, And your right it seems like I am in the fridge every hour.. since all of this I have gained about 20 pounds and its driving me crazy! I was doing so well, I defiantly need to try to cut back the calories and maybe eat much smaller portions! Thank You

Hi there everyone, I am a post op of 2013 all has been well, I was down to my happy lowest ..then covid hit.. now I am struggling and weight is coming back, Looking to see if anyone is having the same issue and are doing something that I might be able to try. Thanks
