Yes I'm taking medication first thing in the morning but it's difficult because I'm supposed to open the capsule and mix it with water but it's small granules and it doesn't mix 😬 just starting my second week now so only had clear liquids so far, today I'm starting protein shakes, also bought this smooth baby oatmeal haha. Cream soup might make me fill fuller as well. I definitely don't feel the same as before, I used to be proper sick when hungry. I can't wait to start incorporating normal food!

I had my surgery on 30 November in Turkey. I got a generic meal plan which is not tailored to me as a vegetarian. I also don't get the hype around protein shakes but I am planning to buy some vegan protein to mix with almond milk. Any other veggies out there?

Me and the other girls who got gastric sleeves on the same day didn't have one but I remember seeing it in a YouTube video so i guess it depends on the surgeon?

I had my surgery on Monday, it is now Sunday night and I'm sooo hungry. Before the surgery all my life I used to feel sick when hungry and it's the same now. I feel like liquids aren't doing anything but I can't physically eat any proper food. I'll try to see if some clear soup helps but I'm already getting heartburn

Heya, thanks for your reply. I live in the UK and it's definitely the best country for vegetarians and vegans! I do not cook a lot so it's great that I have a lot of options here!
