I love almond milk but only the almond breeze light 40 calories one. The silk is disgusting. You might have an allergy to it, if it gave you the runs. -

You will get there! It seems that the last pound is the hardest to loose because you want it so bad. I was stuck at 201 forever!

It is a long journey but it is very worth it in the end. I have 47more lbs to go for my ultimate goal which is to be 150lbs by my 30th birthday in 4months!
