I wouldn't be worrying about a revision yet. You just got your first fill a few weeks ago. You haven't even learned to chew yet, or how to eat. It's a learning curve, give it time before you call it a scam.

Sorry, WASaBubbleButt I think my tone of e-mail may have come across wrong. I was truly interested in your experience of having both operations and the pros and cons and wether you are happy. I didn't mean it as just a rant. That was the frustration showing of losing 30 lbs pre and post and regaining it.

Wasabubblebutt....So you paid for 2 operations? Did you pay full price for both? I couldn't decide til last sec. between band and sleeve...wish I had picked sleeve I think the band is bit of scam. Gives me nothing i did not already have! I needed willpower and I still do except i risked my life. Haven't lost anything but $8000. People on here tell me exactly what i was told before i decided to do it....eat less ty skip carbs Ty eat slow chew more ty so what's the band and $8000 do for you? Don't mean to denegrate the accomplishments

of the great people who have lost over 100 lbs but i've done that without the band doing the things above and gained it back. The band was supposed to do SOMETHING besides occasionally let make me barf on skinny people.. Sorry to whine but so far to me the band is a big FAIL why not get a choker around neck and tighten it a notch every two weeks....same odds of losing weight or your life from

obesity....LOL

Never mind sharon I see your point. Yes they still are meeting a Lionsgate hosp. on a regular basis. I just haven't gone,myself. Perhaps send a message directly to Patricia. They met last on July 17th in conference room C at LGHospital.:thumbup:

I am 10 days post op and my port incision is still swollen and protrudes alot. It's tender if I bump something too. I also have 2 places where there is thread or suture sticking out and they are not near incisions.

Don't know wether i should pull them out or if they will dissolve. Anyone else have this?

I'm single and don't want a tumor looking thing sticking out of stomach. I can't image it getting smaller because the more you lose the more it will show because the fat won't hide it as much

I can feel it and if I stand sideways you can kind of see it. The ort feels like it's between the subcuteanous fat and ab muscles. I guess my goal of onr day seeing the hint of a six pack are gone, cause if i get real lean this thing will stick out like a lump. Not happy with that

but i guess i have to focus on the task at hand. What's done is done.

My port is below my breastbone about1.5 inches with about a 3 inch scar. I was surprise at this. Also I have a couple of tiny pieces of suture or thread stickin out of my belly.

Focus, it's nice to see another man on here. Got banded a week ago, I see you have done great, just wondering how many fills you had? Where was your sweet spot? Did you leave it at the sweet spot or de-fill when you reached target?

The advice of a veteran of the wars very appreciated.

All good ideas for you. I didn't mean don't have a Tummy Tuck, do it when you can afford it. Have you considered that he might have something the makes him uneasy too.

Hopefully you would like a man's point of view. I've been at least 50lbs overweight most my life, and my friends think I'm a bit of a playboy (I let them think what ever they want). What I have found is that people real people are attracted for many reasons and fall in love for even different reasons later.

I've always had the same fears as you. My answer is I take alot longer to give in to women to make sure they really care. Think of your skin as a filter for losers or the non sincere. Woman fall for me because I make them laugh and I'm confident. This doesn't mean I am it's what I project This works well for me and it will for you. If he is truley wonderful he'll wait and build a strong friendship and yearning

LOL. You are not your stomach you are an incredible person with the willpower of warrior just look at what you've done compared to any "skinny" person. Hope this helps..happy to have you bounce things off me. Head up think special and you will be.

Don't want to bug you but could you update me a little on your experience in general and how you feel now. I'm traveling alone and have not told anyone at all. Feeling nervous and uneasy, never thought I would do this especially in Mexico.

I hate to be to simplistic but where is doctor through all of this. That's his or his staffs job to increase your odds of doing well.
