    Hi everyone , I’m currently on day 18 of post op , the gas pains in my chest and shoulders killing me . I have such a hard time finding foods I enjoy eating . If you al have any suggestions please share with me 🙏

    Oh now! I haven’t tried peaches yet , I’m on soft foods as of today , I had some hummus, smashed banana 1/4 and some tea for breakfast , I just had some sugar free ice cream and feel extremely nauseous 😫🤢. What about yourself what’s for breakfast and lunch today?
