Ok girl...I'm back again for a visit I'm getting a body lift and a arm lift on Thursday!! How's everything going with you? I saw your post about not wanting to lose more weight...I'm with you!!

Hi! 26 lbs...In 3 months is great! I lost about 7 lbs a month, keep up your good work! And remember exercise is key!!!

I wasn't able to lose that much weight before my surgery either! What I did do though was tryed my best to go a few days only having protien shakes! I started to retrain my mind, you have to be willing to make the changes or your not going to lose the weight! Don't get stuck on how you used to be.....focus on what your doing now! I too went threw that! When I started working out again their were so many moves I couldn't do anymore because of my weight, my knees....you name it! But, I didn't let it get me down! And now I'm going to start taking steps to teaching classes! You can do anything you put your mind to! BTW...I made my goal today! My weight is 129! In 1 year, 7 months and 20 days I've lost 141lbs!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! Good Luck! =)

.....Take a pix of yourself every 10 lbs loss, in the same outfit! For my before pix...I used a shirt and shorts that were to small on me....because I wanted to them get loose....then to the point where they just fell off of me! Find a workout that you love doing and do it!!! Mine is Jazzercise, its a GREAT TOTAL body workout and its so much fun! I do that 5 to 6 times per week. When eating....think about how little you can eat...vs. how much food can you get down....if you think like that, you'll never lose all your weight! Stay positive, some months you might lose 6 to 8 lbs....some months you might not lose any...it's very normal!

Hi! I too remember that feeling of hopelessness...It such an awful feeling!!! Getting Lab Band was truly the best thing I ever did! You should start a group for your month of May if someone hasn't done so already! It's a great support group....I'm not on here like I used to be, I still love caughting up with my group whenever I get the chance! Here's some tips for you....

Hi Lety! 20 lbs in 6 weeks is great! My tips for you is....take a pix of yourself every 10 lbs at loss, in the same outfit! Hi! Congrats on losing 60lbs already that's amazing!!! The key is sticking to your diet and exercise!!! I workout 5 to 6 times a week! I love it! As a matter of I'm going to start teaching Jazzercise soon! U need to find a workout that you look forward to doing. If you like to dance...I would really look into Jazzercise, it works your whole body!! Best of Luck to You! =)
