UGH! I just typed you an entire message and accidentally erased it! But, I kinda cheated - my Dr. wouldn't let me have anything but - Slim Fast, milk, V8 and clear liquids. I did good for 3-4 days - but I started drinking thicker liquids at that point. I started blending vegie soups and adding chicken broth to thin it down. I also found that any soup with beans in it - REALLY was filling. I would blend it and drink it. If you like Mexican, let me know I have a great bean soup recipe I came up with - I would blend it and drink it and really felt full. Now, none of this was approved by my Dr, but when he lets you go to full liquids you can have all this. I just moved forward (cheated) before he said it was okay. Another cheat I did - I would add low fat Peanut butter into my slimfast when I blended it. :-) I was such a rebel!
