Protien bars are good, I'll still having protien shakes in the mornings. Well, I can say I have restriction! And alot of it....maybe too much! Restriction is good to have but, very uncomfortable. I have to really be careful of my bite size, because it can hurt and I've had it come up 3 different times today. I better lose some weight after this!!!

Everyone's doing such a good job...and remember even if the scale isn't moving make sure your taking your measurements. The last 2 weeks I only lost 1 lb, but I lost 4.25 inches (over a two week period) and 5.5 lbs of fat mass. This week I'm happy to say that I lost 2 lbs...my goal is two lbs per week.:thumbup:

Ok...Even being on liquids and I fill I have restriction just from drinking my shakes! I hope this time does it for both of us!!! How far are you from Temecula? We need to get together soon.(:

Well I'm glad you got your birthday wish!LOL BTW I got your card in the mail, that was so sweet. So, did you get your fill already today? I got my second one yesterday! My doctor does it every two weeks until you reach your sweet spot....I love him!!(:

So I got fill #2 today and I only lost 1 lb...but, a loss is a loss right? Anywho have you been asking for your printout when you get wieghed in? I have, and I'm pretty happy to say that even though I only lost 1 lb....in the last two weeks I've lost 5.5 in fat mass!(:

I'm about the same as you....I do get fuller faster then I did before surgery but, I haven't lost anything since I got my fill last week....Five more days until my next, I can't weight! I hope this next one works for both of us! Good Luck today, let me know how it goes!
