It's been 3 weeks since my last week weight.. Oct. 24th - 237 Today - 233 So it has taken me 3 weeks to lose 4 lbs....I have to step it up with the works outs! Keep up the good work everyone(:

Well I had a pretty good week... Last Week 242 This Week 237 I lost 5 lbs! I hope it stays off!

Wow...To both of you! I was banded 2 1/2 months ago and I thought I was doing good with losing 33 lbs since being banded.

OMG!!! I want to take that class!LOL Well, I had a very bad week with being on my special time.
