As of this morning I'm down 103 lbs in 10 month and 19 days!!! I truly can't believe it! I have 38 more lbs to make my goal! I hope to do it by New Years!

Girl, you can do it!!! I started doing Jazzercise 6 days a week and lost 40 lbs in 3 1/2 months! It's fun and a great workout.

Girls, I too don't see it! I am so excited to say that on Thursday Moring....I hopped on the scale before leaving on my Girls trip to NYC!!! I hit 100 pounds!!!!!!!!! I HAVE LOST 100!!! I Can't believe I did it in 10 months and 12 days!!!!

I get mine done every 3 to 4 weeks. Have a couple glasses of wine first! It's not that bad, it's way worth it and makes you feel cleaner and sexier! My husband loves it!
