I'm not exacly sure what your talking about but, I know my doctor wants me to lose 10 lbs before surgery to help shrink the lever to make the surgery safer (maybe so it won't tear???)....I'm sure it's the same thing. -

Hi Katie,
If you click on my tracker, it should give you the option to create your own...it really not that hard. And if you want to add color to your profile click on custumize profile and you'll seen options for colors just play with it your you'll figure it out. I hope that helps!:biggrin:

Yeah...I'm not alone!(: I'm having my surgery 4 days before mine and my soon to be 4 years olds birthday! Fleminld-I see you have lost 29 lbs already what have you been doing to get the weight off? I have to lose 10 lbs before my surgery...I'm getting nerve about it because were doing all our get aways this month....on Thursday I'm leaving to Vegas Baby for four nights and then at the end of the month I'm going to my sister's house in Paso Robles, CA and that involves alot of going out, wine tasteing, as well as we have front row tickets for Fergie! I'm super excited about that! My surgery date was supposed to be July 21th but I changed it because I felt like I was setting myself up to fail. Keisha you have only told one person? Well, you'll have us as well for support! I have told the world, I'm too much of a open book. Katie have you started your pre-op diet already or does it start two weeks before surgery? (Was that a stupid question?LOL) Good luck with your knee surgery! I've been having knee problems as well I'm hoping that by losing my weight is going to hope avoid further problems! -

I have gotten them in the past and I really didn't notice a difference. I would get energy for that day only and that's about it. But, that's just me I have heard of it helping other people.

I know what you mean about the towels, I hate it when my husband is in the bathroom when I get out of the shower! I wrap (drap) the towel in front of me and walk backwards because I don't want him seeing my fat &%#!LOL

I used to do taebo all the time like nothing, now it's just to much for me. When I start to get back in shape I'll for do it again!
