Wow...That's problem I would like to have!LOL I found some other threads too that talk about not having enough protein??? I still need to goggle relative hypoglycemia because I don't know what that is.

I am so happy for you! I can't wait. If I wouldn't have pushed my surgery back I would have be getting on Monday. Oh well just 3 more weeks.

Hi Wendy, your on soild food now right? Hows the restriction? I was so good the other day and it only liquids for a 24 hours! But, the down side to that is was sooooo lite headed, I felt like I was going to pass out.

OMG...You were a hooters girl! That's awesome!! I did really good yesterday except for today I was really lite headed. I truely felt like I was going to pass out. BUT, I'm down 5 lbs! I think I told you I used to live in Rancho San Diego..Right?

I think were all scared! I LOVE food too!! But, you know what I think? Having a better quality of life, wearing shorts and looking good in them, sitting down and not having a roll stick out, being able to keep up with my kids, feet not hurting, having a regular towel fit all the way around, shopping at any store for clothes, looking better for my husband, feeling more youthful, rolling skating!!, getting a whistle again once in a while.....I think you get my point!LOL Out weighs my favorite meal! Food is just food it's supposed to be like gas for our cars and I'm trying my best retrain my thoughts!!! -
Congrats on the 20lbs! I'm trying really hard to stick to mine! I've haven't been perfect with it but, I have lost 5 lbs. I have 5 more to go before my surgery. Good Luck....my surgery date was supposed to be on the 21st but I decided to wait until after my vacation. Keep in touch!:biggrin:

The hunger is what gets me too. I hate the feeling of it! Well, I'm proud to say that I made it from about 1:30 this afternoon to now 12:30am on just liquids, plus I went for a bike ride! A small stepping stone(: I can't wait to have my band....Can you believe I was supposed to have gotten mine July 21st which would have been next Monday! But, I waited because were going on Vacation the last week of July. Well, I'm off to bed. -

Your too funny! Well congrats making it threw day two, to me that's a really big deal! Lellow I know what you mean about the junk food, I also fill worse after I eat it.....Why do we do that to ourselves? I don't get it! -

Vegas when did you start your diet? My surgery is in 3 weeks and I need to lose 8 more lbs.
