Hi Mary! Congrats on your banding. I'm in Niceville but Dr. Nye in P'Cola did my surgery.

Hmm...I think it is about 7-8 hours (I haven't been since March '06). Niceville is smack dab between Pensacola and Panama City near the coast.

I'm doing okay, my band has been teaching me a lot recently to slow down and chew...LOL! Getting stuck is horrid! Weight loss is still pretty steady though, so I am happy!
