@Mrs Spoon, I don’t take naps really. 7 days out and still really out of breath when I do ANYTHING. Still trying to force down my NASTY vitamins lol. Thanks for the input ❤️

I think I just need to tell my brain to calm down and really remember that we are still in the first few days lol

I’ve seen multiple people in the VSG community like on Instagram, say that that really helped I will have to find one. Thank you.

Since you are so far out, can you take bigger sips of water without pain or is that a permanent feeling?
-
I haven’t taken any naps, sleep schedule still the same. Maybe I just need to walk a little bit more.

I am 4 days post op and I can barely do anything without feeling completely ZAPPED of my energy. I’m drinking my protein, I’m taking my vitamins. When will I feel just a LITTLE bit better?
-
Hey!!! I keep taking the small sips, somehow there is still pain. So I try to slow down even more. I got one full water bottle and one full protein shake down yesterday. Today I’m working on two water bottles. I’m so scared of becoming dehydrated.

I got sleeved on 11/2. And getting liquids down is the hardest thing. Does it ever get easier?
